By accessing or using the BoilerAlert platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
BoilerAlert is a SaaS platform for predictive maintenance of collective heating systems. The service provides anomaly detection, multi-site monitoring, and operational prioritization tools based on energy consumption data.
To access the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized content, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. By using the service, you grant BoilerAlert a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. All intellectual property rights in the platform belong to BoilerAlert.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. BoilerAlert reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
BoilerAlert provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoilerAlert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. BoilerAlert may suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
